1. An order for products is placed by filling out the order form, which is an integral part of the Monge.Shop store.

2. Confirmation of the placed order is an e-mail message sent to the e-mail address entered in the order form, containing information about the order, payment method and/or account number to which the payment should be made.

3.Monge.Shop offers four forms of payment for ordered products:

• bank transfer

• e-transfer (via the imoje service)

• credit card payment (via the imoje service)

• payment upon receipt of the shipment (cash on delivery or in the case of personal collection)

4. In the case of choosing payment by bank transfer, order processing begins when the payment is posted to our account. This usually happens the day after the payment is made.

5. In the case of payment by credit card or e-transfer, order processing begins when the service confirms positive transaction authorization.

6. In the case of payment by postal delivery, order processing begins when the order is received by the store employee.

7.When making a payment by bank transfer, enter the order number in the 'title' field, which you will receive in the e-mail. Providing the number significantly improves the order fulfillment process and shortens the waiting time for the shipment.

8. The order fulfillment (shipment) time depends on the availability of the goods (in the store's warehouse or distributors' warehouses) and the selected payment method and is from 1 to 14 working days. In the case of non-standard orders, we will contact you to discuss the delivery.

9. The order fulfillment time means the date on which the order will be sent to the Customer and does not include the delivery time, it is only the time it takes the store to bring the goods to the warehouse. In the case of several products ordered in one shipment, the order fulfillment time is the longest fulfillment time among the products in the order. Since the store is partially based on suppliers' warehouses, random situations may occur related to the lack of a product in the supplier's warehouse. In the event of such a situation, the store reserves 7 additional working days to solve the delivery problem.
