RETURNS

1. A buyer who has concluded a Sales Agreement in the Monge.Shop online store may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal from the Sales Agreement may be carried out by the Buyer by sending a declaration of withdrawal to the following address: Biesse Sp. z o. o., ul. Wrzesińska 66, 62-020 Swarzędz or to the email address: info@monge.shop

2. The Buyer exercising the right to withdraw from the Agreement shall not incur additional costs, unless the circumstances mentioned below arise.

3. The declaration of withdrawal may be submitted on the form. The declaration template is available for download here . To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.

4. The deadline for withdrawal from the Sales Agreement begins if the entrepreneur releases the Goods - from taking the Goods into possession by the Buyer or by a third party indicated by him other than the carrier, and if the Sales Agreement covers several Goods that are delivered in batches or in parts - from the delivery of the last batch or part.

5. The Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the Goods, unless Biesse Sp. z o. o. agreed to bear them or failed to inform the Buyer about the necessity to bear these costs. If the Buyer has chosen a method of delivering the Goods other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by Biesse Sp. z o. o., the company Biesse Sp. z o. o. is not obliged to reimburse the Buyer for additional costs incurred by him

6. In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, it is considered void.

7. The company Biesse Sp. z oo will immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the Buyer's statement on withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, return to the Buyer the entire payment made by him, including the costs of delivering the Goods. The company Biesse Sp. z o. o. returns the funds paid using the same method of payment as used by the Buyer, unless the Buyer has officially agreed to a different method of return, which does not involve any costs for him. If Biesse Sp. z oo has not offered to collect the Goods from the Buyer on its own, may withhold the reimbursement of payments received from the Buyer until the Goods are returned or the Buyer provides proof of its return, whichever occurs first.

8. The Buyer is obliged to return the Goods to Biesse Sp. z o. o. immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the Sales Agreement, unless Biesse Sp. z o. o. offered to pick up the Goods itself. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the Goods before its expiry.

9. The goods should be returned to the following address: Biesse Sp. z o. o., ul. Wrzesińska 66, 62-020 Swarzędz.

10. The Buyer is liable for a decrease in the value of the Product as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product, unless Biesse Sp. z o. o. did not inform the Consumer about the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Consumer Rights.

11. The Buyer is obliged to properly secure the return shipment to Biesse Sp. z o. o. In the event of damage to the Goods or loss of their commercial value as a result of improper preparation for transport, the Buyer is responsible. The company Biesse Sp. z o. o. may charge additional costs related to the loss of value of the returned Goods.

COMPLAINTS

1. The company Biesse Sp. z o. o. delivers Goods without defects. The company Biesse Sp. z o. o. is liable as a seller if the sold Goods have a physical or legal defect (Warranty) to the extent specified by the Civil Code Act.

2. The Regulations and the complaint policy of the Monge.Shop online store does not limit the Buyer's rights under the provisions of applicable law in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in particular the Consumer Rights Act, the Civil Code Act.

3. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the description or the occurrence of hidden defects, please send a short description of the case together with contact details to the e-mail address info@monge.shop or submit a complaint by phone at 726 200 901 .

4. The goods under complaint should be sent to the following address: Biesse Sp. z o. o., ul. Wrzesińska 66, 62-020 Swarzędz.

5. In the event of damage to the parcel, the buyer is obliged to inform the postal worker or courier company and write a special damage protocol with him.

6. The company Biesse Sp. z o. o. is not responsible for shipments damaged due to the fault of Poczta Polska.

7. Complaints due to damage to the parcel will be considered only with the report of damage to the parcel.
