It increases the collagen content in the granulation tissue and the degree of its cross-linking, increasing the synthesis of type III collagen. MONGE VETSOLUTION DERMATOSIS contains aloe certified by IASC, i.e. with a minimum of 95% mannan-oligosaccharide content. Swallowed Mannan is not digested and enters the bloodstream in its initial form. Some of the polysaccharides from aloe are not absorbed but attach to the cells surrounding the intestine.
